Attention Volvo Penta AQ170-B30 engines, 6 cylinder in-line, 3 litres
I installed a new dashboard with an additional oil pressure indicator from KUS. For this I needed the corresponding sensor on the engine. I found it at SVB for a good price. The problem was with the installation. The sea water pipes run directly along the engine block in front of the oil pressure sensor. Not enough space for the large sensor. The solution A 45 angle piece with the right internal and external thread and an extension. Unfortunately not offered by SVB, you have to get it from other online retailers. Everything works, all threads are tight.
