    Have used numerous espresso makers, they never seem to last long before developing a fault. I now use an Italian stove top for coffee with milk or if brewing for more than one person, but for making an espresso for myself I use the ROK which I find excellent. Takes a bit of getting used too but once you master the process it can make a great shot with a good crema and I also think its really enjoyable to use. I love it and if you enjoy good coffee and the reward of creating the perfect espresso ( with thought and care ) get one.

    I wish Amazon would standardize how they list products with multiple colors or styles; This is the same item as the ROK Presso Manual Espresso Maker. I bought this one because I like red accents in my kitchen. I have had the Rok Presso for a month now and I am very pleased with how it works. It produces a decent quality espresso on my countertop without costing a mint or taking excessive space. Until the Rok, I have been happy with a Bialetti Moka at home and this is definitely a step up, producing an intense shot of coffee with a thin crema on top. I use in-store espresso ground beans and I'm not overly fussy with filling or tamping the portafilter. I do wish anyone made a 49mm ESE filter basket; the Rok with ESE pods and my Bodum water kettle would be a perfect setup for me.
